Wine Tours
Due to current COVID policies our all inclusive tours are only available for parties of 6 or fewer guests.
Based on how each winery's policies, your group's size, and how our All Inclusive Tour's features overlay with those policies, different wineries will have different standards and requirements. Some wineries will be on a first come first serve basis but do participate in our all inclusive tour offerings. Some wineries will allow for reservations for your group, and in those cases we have made reservations. Any winery reservations will be made under your name. Due to COVID and the frequently changing policies and requirements, our industries are constantly working to ensure the best experiences for our guests. While policies can change, below is the most current list of wineries we are expecting to visit on your all inclusive tour, as well as whether reservations have been made for your group.
Wineries should be providing tastings, flights, by-the-glass, bottle service (CLICK HERE to see the bottle service chart), or some combination of those offerings for your party. If you wish to purchase any food or additional glasses, tastings, flights, or bottles of wine, we can add those purchases onto your invoice.
Gratuity is not included in your tour price, but can be offered for exceptional service.
5 Hours
Tour time begins and ends at your City of Charlottesville pick up and drop off location. Exact pick up time is set based on your location and tour itinerary selected. You can add time to this tour if you wish to extend. Certain days this is not an option due to pre-existing evening reservations. Please inquire in advance if you wish to extend your tour. We may or may not be able to accommodate your request. Rates after 5 hours are based on this rate sheet.
City of Cville
A City of Charlottesville pick up and drop off is included in your tour. Tour routing and rates are based on Cville pick up and drop off. Surcharges will apply for outside City of Charlottesville. See rate chart here.
3 Wineries
Visit three local wineries on your tour! Once you select your group size you will be able to choose from the available designed tours. See Wine Tour Itineraries Here! If you wish to add time and add additional stops and tastings or bottle service we will add fees to your total based on added tastings or bottles.
light snack
A complimentary light snack is provided. NOTE: This is not a full meal. You may want to pack a picnic to eat on the vehicle between stops, or at a winery should time allow.

Bottle Service for Groups 7+ (once All Inclusive Wine Tour service resumes)
Bottle service is when you do not have a "wine tasting" but instead share purchased bottles to enjoy. For Bottle Service Receive One Bottle Per Four People @ Each Winery or Vineyard - See Bottle Service Chart Here.
** Purchases of alcohol or food in excess of what is included in your tour package will be added to your invoice.
