POLICY for Groups of 7 or More

Tasting Fees are not included with Custom Tours. Check out our All Inclusive Tours if you would like Tasting Fees Included.

Most wineries have policies that either limit or restrict reservations for groups of 7 or more. We are not able to provide reservations due to the changing policies of wineries, but certain wineries may allow you to make reservations directly.

Wearing a mask is required in your vehicle and around your chauffeur if you are not vaccinated. Please alert other party members. Some venues you may visit may require masks regardless of vaccination status. Please bring a mask to be prepared.

NON-RESERVED OPTIONS

After you reserve your tour, we have many tour options that work well for groups of 7 or more. These tours are crafted based on locations, time of day, and overall best combined itinerary experience. You will be able to choose from any of these pre-planned and optimized tours after you reserve. These itinerary options do not require tasting reservations (though some may allow them) or they allow bottle service in lieu of tastings. Bottle service is when you do not have a "wine tasting" but instead purchase bottles to enjoy. If you do not choose from our itinerary options you will need to craft your own itinerary and make your own reservations. See below:

MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS AT EACH VENUE

If you would like to try to make private reservations that must be done directly between your group and the wineries. Once you have your itinerary and reservations complete, email us with your destination, and arrival time at each location. One of our team members will confirm with each venue that your reservations are in fact made. If a venue notifies us that your reservations are not made then we will not be able to take you to that venue. If this occurs, we will attempt to find a suitable alternate venue that does not require reservations for a group of your size. This may result in a subpar experience if we have to make last minute decisions.

NOTE: If you do not make your own itinerary and reservations then we may be unable to provide you with a tour that is optimal. We will attempt to find locations that will accept a group of your size at the last minute. This may mean you visit locations that you do not wish to visit or that differ from your preferences for the day.

Changes in group size may be accommodated given vehicle availability. Balance of originally scheduled tour will not necessarily decrease if party size decreases. Only if we have availability will this occur.

*Gratuity is not required but can be offered if you would like to acknowledge exceptional customer service.
