Based on how each winery's policies, your group's size, and how our All Inclusive Tour's features overlay with those policies, different wineries will have different standards and requirements. Some wineries will be on a first come first serve basis but do participate in our all inclusive tour offerings. Some wineries will allow for reservations for your group, and in those cases we have made reservations. Any winery reservations will be made under your name. Due to COVID and the frequently changing policies and requirements, our industries are constantly working to ensure the best experiences for our guests. While policies can change, below is the most current list of wineries we are expecting to visit on your all inclusive tour, as well as whether reservations have been made for your group.
Wineries should be providing tastings, flights, by-the-glass, bottle service (CLICK HERE to see the bottle service chart), or some combination of those offerings for your party. If you wish to purchase any food or additional glasses, tastings, flights, or bottles of wine, we can add those purchases onto your invoice.
All Inclusive Winery and Vineyards Tours Rate Includes Tasting Fees or Bottle Service at each Winery (based on wineries policy).
Basic Tasting Fees are included in your tour package. Tasting fees vary by winery. The itinerary you selected includes Basic Tasting Fees at each of the 3 wineries you visit, regardless of what the Basic Tasting Fees are at any particular winery. These fees for Basic Tastings are built into your tour package and you do not pay additional fees for them. Selecting a tasting option that is an upgrade from a wineries Basic Tasting (lowest tier tasting) will result in additional fees added to your invoice.
Bottle Service is an option of your tour package as an alternative to Tasting Fees. If your party prefers to have a bottle of wine instead of Wine Tasting, refer to the Bottle Service Chart to understand what is included in your tour package and what will incur additional fees. Note that if you opt for Bottle Service, Tasting Fees will not be included at that winery. Choosing to have both Bottle Service and a Basic Tasting will result in additional fees added to your invoice.
*Gratuity is not required or included as we feel that a gratuity should reflect the level of service received.
Decreasing group size may incur fees or may require full payment based on group size, vehicle reserved for your all inclusive tour, and lead time.
*Once set, changes to itinerary and reservations incur a $75 Alteration Fee.
*Should additional alcohol be purchased from the venue than is provided in your all inclusive tour we can add that additional fees to your tours total after your reservation is settled in our system.
Changes to itinerary may not be possible due to pre-existing reservations. Changes in group size may be accommodated given availability. Balance of originally scheduled tour will not decrease if party size decreases.

We reserve the right to substitute another vehicle should inclement weather or mechanical difficulties necessitate such in the interest of safety.
Substitutions - Due to the sometimes changing availability of wineries and their policies, we may have to substitute a winery for one of the listed wineries on your itinerary. It is very rare that this is required, but we want to make you aware in advance. Should we have to make any adjustments to ensure an excellent tour experience, we will notify you.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR: Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices, please notify all passengers not to turn on or charge these devices on board motorcoaches and not to stow them in luggage under the motorcoach. While the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has not yet issued an advisory like the Federal Aviation Administration for aircraft regarding the Galaxy Note 7, ABA feels this is an important safety issue for our members, clients, and industry.
